2. Estimates & Scheduling

2.1 Estimates

Any estimate provided—whether online, by phone, or in person—is based on the information you supply and may change if:

  • Item quantity differs
  • Additional services are requested
  • Access conditions change (stairs, elevators, long carries, restrictions)
  • Move takes longer than expected

2.2 Scheduling

Move dates are subject to availability.
A confirmed schedule requires direct communication with our team.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Building access restrictions
  • Client delays
  • Situations beyond our control

3. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a move with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your household and items
  • Ensure safe access to both locations
  • Secure parking or obtain building permissions, if required
  • Pack items properly unless packing service is arranged
  • Inform us of fragile, high-value, or oversized items
  • Be available during the move or assign an authorized representative

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper customer packing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a fee.

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We encourage 48–72 hours’ notice to secure your preferred date.

6. Limitations of Liability

We work carefully, but accidents can happen.
Our liability is limited to:

  • Damage caused directly by our staff
  • Repairs or compensation equal to the item’s reasonable value

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Items packed improperly by the customer
  • Highly fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items
  • Unreported damages
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (e.g., emotional stress, lost wages)

For high-value items, please notify us before move day.

7. Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, we do not transport:

  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Flammable liquids
  • Explosives
  • Illegal items
  • Perishables requiring refrigeration
  • Pets

You agree not to:
